COLLAGE JOURNAL:Preparation
Leaving in the morning for a week-long retreat at a monastery in Idaho. Thoughts of what to take....AS IF it were a trip to Europe. What I think I will do is no make-up, no jewelry, painting supplies (small travel size), spiritual reading and myself.....

This is an excellent piece of work. I particularly like how you balanced your elements in a way that they blend together and stand out as one. With regards to your preparation for your retreat, I agree on not brining those things save for art supplies. As for me, I never leave home without my pen set and small sketch pad.
